Carlie Flake joins the Stockton women's lacrosse coaching staff for the 2016 season. After helping to start the Stockton women's lacrosse program, Flake played for the Ospreys during their inaugural 2014 season, leading the team with 50 draw controls and tying for the team lead with 35 goals. She earned NJAC Rookie of the Year, NJAC First Team and IWLCA All-Boardwalk Region honors for her play.

Flake graduated with her bachelor's degree from Stockton in Spring 2014 and now attends the University as a graduate student in the physical therapy doctoral program.
