2025 Indoor: Ran in four meets… Competed in the 5000m three times and 3000m once… Finished sixth out of 16 runners in the 5000m at the Ursinus Frank Colden Invitational.
 
2024 Outdoor: Rand in five meets in the 1500m, 3000m, 50000m, and 10,0000m… Ran 41:23.09 in the 10,000m at the NJAC Championships for a personal best and sixth place… Recorded a season best of 19:56.97 in the 5000m at the Widener Paul Donohue Invitational… NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention.
 
2024 Indoor: Ran in five meets… Ran the 3000m, 5000m and 4x800 relay… Posted a time of 11:43.16 in the 3000m at the Fastrack Season Opener 2023 for a new personal best.
 
2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets in the 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m… Seta season best time in the 5000m at the Ramapo Invitational (20:45.13) and 10,000m at the Osprey Open (42:42.02) … Placed fourth twice, including at the NJAC Championships.
 
2023 Indoor: Ran in six meets… Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m…  Ran 12:01.24 in the 3000m at the Seamus McElligott Invitational for a season best.
