Joe Zaborowski is in his third year on the Stockton track & field coaching staff, where he trains student-athletes in the jumps and multi-events. Zaborowski moved to the college level after 25 years at Mainland Regional High School, during which he coached the girls outdoor track & field team and the boys and girls indoor teams prior to his retirement in 2014.

Zaborowski led the Mainland boys squad to the 1995 Group III state championship and coached the Mustang girls to several Atlantic County titles. He was the high school coach of Stockton Athletics Hall of Famer Paul Klemic, who was a two-time NCAA champion in the long jump and six-time All-American as an Osprey. Zaborowski also spent time as an assistant coach at Ocean City High School before his hiring at Mainland.
