2023 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets… Competed in the 1500m, 5000m and 4x800 relay… Placed third in the 5000m twice, including a personal best time of 19:06.02 at the Ramapo Invitational… Set a personal best time of 4:56.21 in the 1500m at the Widener Final Qualifier.
