Phil Whitehurst joins the Stockton volleyball staff for his first season. Whitehurst, who also serves as the head coach of the Stockton men’s volleyball club, possesses coaching experience from the high school level as well. He spent time as an assistant coach for the boys and girls teams at Kingsway High School and Cedar Creek High School.

Whitehurst earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Education from Stockton in 2015.
