Dan Keating returned to the Stockton coaching staff for the 2026 season. Keating previously served as an assistant coach for the Ospreys in 2019. He spent seven years at St. Joseph’s University from 2012-18, including the last six as associate head coach. In his seven years, he helped St. Joseph’s to a 61-47 record, including four 11-win seasons.Â
Keating helped develop three NEC Offensive Player of the Year selections and oversaw an offense that ranked in the NCAA’s top 15 in several statistical categories. Inside Lacrosse tagged the Hawks as a national leader of Most Improved Offenses in 2014.
Before St. Joseph’s, Keating served as an assistant at Lehigh University in 2011, moving up to the college ranks after stints as the head coach at Malvern Prep, St. Joseph’s Prep and The Taft School on the scholastic level
A 1999 graduate of Duke University, Keating was a member of three NCAA Tournament teams, including the Blue Devils’ 1997 Final Four squad, and an ACC Academic Honor Roll qualifier. He later obtained a master’s degree in secondary education from St. Joseph’s. Keating is the founder of Keating Lacrosse, which focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game to youth players.
