Joseph Carbone joined the Stockton coaching staff for the 2025 season after concluding his four-year playing career as an Osprey. Carbone played in 77 games with 65 starts for Stockton from 2021-24. He netted 23 goals and dished 11 assists for 57 career points.

Carbone was an NJAC Second Team selection in 2023 and an NJAC Honorable Mention choice in 2024 as well as a three-time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District and three-time NJAC All-Academic Honorable Mention player.
