Stockton University Athletics

Kathleen Womelsdorf was hired in September 2022 as Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Student-Athlete Success. Womelsdorf arrived at Stockton with five years of experience in athletic administration from Immaculata University as well as another four years from the high school level.

Womelsdorf performed a variety of duties for Immaculata's 21-sport intercollegiate athletic program. During 2017-22, she was the senior woman administrator and had roles in NCAA compliance, academic progress, recruiting and student-athlete wellness and success.
 
Womelsdorf also has a coaching background after serving as the head men's and women's swimming coach and aquatics director at Immaculata for the last five years. Womelsdorf was hired in 2017 at the inception of the swimming programs and coached the Mighty Macs from their inaugural 2018-19 season through 2021-22.
 
Womelsdorf holds bachelor's degrees in Communications and Spanish from Temple University as well as a master's degree in Education from Holy Family University.
 
Prior to her time at Immaculata, Womelsdorf spent four years as assistant athletic director at Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia from 2013-17. Her background also includes 11 years as a high school teacher and eight years as a high school coach.
