(Gwynedd-Mercy, NJ) - Richard Stockton (4-1) erased an early deficit by scoring three consecutive goals to defeat Gwynedd-Mercy (0-5) 3-1 for the Ospreys' third straight win. Freshman
Anthony Colofranson (Woodbury Hts./Gateway) led Stockton with a goal and two assists.
Cristian Valencia (North Cape May/Lower Cape May) and
Dominic Nocito (Delran/Delran) also scored goals for the Ospreys.

Dan Penepresso gave the Griffins a short-lived 1-0 lead 10:21 into the game. Four minutes later, Valencia scored his first goal of the season and Colofranson earned his first point of the night with an assist. The 1-1 tie remained until 6:08 into the second half when Colofranson scored his team-leading fourth marker of the year with an assist by
Chris Katona (Howell/Howell) to put Stockton ahead for good.

The Ospreys added an insurance goal with 9:13 to play as Nocito tallied his first goal of the season with assists from Colofranson and
Ian Carmelia (Mt. Holly/Rancocas Valley) for the 3-1 final score. Stockton outshot Gwynedd-Mercy 21-9 in the game, including 12-5 in the second half. Ospreys' goalkeeper
Bobby Varga (Toms River/TR East) saw his first action of the year and earned the victory with three saves.
