BoxscoreMontclair , NJ – Richard Stockton (6-8, 2-3 NJAC) was shut out by #12 Montclair State (11-3, 3-1 NJAC) by a 5-0 final on Saturday afternoon. The Ospreys were outshot 30-9, with 21 of Red Hawk attempts coming on net, and the defeat was the fifth in the last six games for Stockton.
Samantha Barcia (Berlin/Eastern) had three of Stockton's six shots on goal for the contest.

The Red Hawks jumped out early as Gianna Moglino tallied just 2:07 into the contest. They made it 3-0 as they put 14 shots on the Ospreys during the first half. Abby Erler and Maura Johnston scored the other two first-half markers for Montclair State. Danielle Butrico tallied 2:48 into the second period for a 4-0 advantage before Kaitlyn Struss set the final score of 5-0 for the Red Hawks.

Liz Stankiewicz (Freehold Twp./Freehold Twp.) suffered the loss, playing the first half and making 10 saves.
Sara Winters (Blackwood/Triton) played the second period and made four saves for Stockton.
Alexa Massa (Moorestown/Moorestown) and
Stephanie Reichardt (Oakhurst/Ocean Twp.) were credited with defensive saves as well. Rebecca Brattole picked up the win for the Red Hawks, kicking out all six Osprey attempts.
