BoxscoreFarmingdale, NY – Richard Stockton (11-4-4, 2-2-3 NJAC) extended its unbeaten streak to four (3-0-1) with a 2-0 victory over Farmingdale State (6-11-1) in the last of three straight road games for the Ospreys. Stockton also posted its third straight shutout, all with
Bobby Varga (Toms River/TR East) in goal, and added to shutout streaks for Varga and the team that now have reached 317 minutes since they last allowed a goal.

Tim Sost (Egg Harbor Twp.) got the Ospreys on the board at 26:30 with the only goal of the first half.
Alex Kourahanis (Sicklerville/Timber Creek) assisted on Sost's fourth marker of the season. Stockton outshout the Rams 9-5 in the half and led by one at the break.

In the second half,
Bobby Spracklin (Eastampton/Rancocas Valley) added an insurance goal, his third tally of the year, unassisted at 57:33. From there, Stockton concentrated on protecting its two-goal lead and the Ospreys kept Farmingdale State off the scoreboard for the last 32 minutes to close out the 2-0 shutout.

Varga finished with four saves on the way to his ninth shutout of the season. The Ospreys held advantages of 15-12 in shots and 7-4 in shots on goal.

Stockton will conclude the regular season on Wednesday by hosting Rutgers-Camden in an NJAC game at 7 pm. The Ospreys would clinch the No. 4 seed for the NJAC tournament with a win.
