Josh Blamon (Cinnaminson/Cinnaminson) reached the 1,000-point mark as the #7 Ospreys (9-0, 4-0 NJAC) remained perfect with an 82-66 victory over Rutgers-Camden (4-3, 2-3). Blamon finished with game highs of 21 points and 11 rebounds for his second double-double of the season. The senior, a two-time NJAC all-conference selection (2014 First Team, 2013 Honorable Mention), now has 1,012 career points in 68 games at Stockton.

Armin Cane (Pleasantville/Pleasantville) kept his streak of scoring in double figures in every game so far alive with 18 points.
Anthony Woodard (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) shot a perfect 6-6 from the floor and finished with a career-high 13 markers while
Carlton Whitehead (Ewing/Life Center) tossed in a career-high nine points and led the Ospreys with four steals. Stockton shot 58.3 percent from the field and outrebounded the Scarlet Raptors 44-25.

Woodard scored four early points to help Stockton build a 17-5 lead, and the Ospreys stayed in front the rest of the way. Blamon entered the game with 991 career points and hit the 1,000 mark by sinking two free throws with 3:26 on the first-half clock. The 2014 NABC Atlantic District First Teamer is the 29th player to reach the milestone in a Stockton uniform. After two more free throws by Blamon 10 seconds later, Rutgers-Camden closed the half with a 16-6 run to trim Stockton's lead to 36-35.

The Ospreys broke the game open by shooting a blistering 73.7 percent (14-19) from the field in the second half. Cane powered the offense with 15 points followed by Blamon with 10 and Woodard with nine. Cane scored seven points during a 14-4 run that Blamon capped with a three-pointer to put Stockton ahead 52-41. The margin never slipped below seven in the last 14 minutes as the Ospreys pulled away, leading by as much as 23 on the way to their ninth straight win, 82-66.

Stockton will play its last game before a three-week holiday break on Saturday when the Ospreys visit Rutgers-Newark for an NJAC tilt at 8 pm.
