Camden, NJ – Richard Stockton (6-2, 3-1 NJAC) extended its winning streak to five games as Alex Nardoza (Fords/Woodbridge) scored a career-high 31 points to lead the Ospreys to a 73-60 victory over Rutgers-Camden (0-7, 1-5). Nardoza shot 10-19 (52.6%) from the field and a perfect 10-10 at the free throw line in 39 minutes played.

Freshman Sasha Williams (Cherry Hill/CH West) produced her second career double-double with 13 points and a game-high 13 rebounds. Sara Farrell (Marlton/Cherokee) scored in double figures for the sixth straight game by tossing in 11 markers. The Ospreys tallied 21 points off 19 Rutgers-Camden turnovers and broke the game open in the second half.

The first half was tight, with six lead changes, four ties and no margin greater than five. The Ospreys trailed 12-7 before reeling off 10 straight points, paced by Lauren Alwan (Cherry Hill/Timber Creek) who scored four of her six points during the outburst. After a free throw by Farrell, Nardoza scored the last four points of the half to stake Stockton to a 27-24 lead at the break.

Nardoza took the game over with 21 points in the second half, starting with seven in the first eight minutes as the Ospreys built a 45-34 advantage. Rutgers-Camden pulled within 52-50 with five minutes on the clock but Stockton responded with four consecutive layups, the last two by Williams, to create some breathing room at 60-50. Nardoza then scored 12 of Stockton's last 13 points, including 8-8 at the line, in the last 2:33 to close out the team's fifth win in a row, 73-60.
