Anthony Colofranson (Woodbury Hts./Gateway) led the Ospreys with two goals and
Tim Sost (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) netted one. Colofranson has scored in every one of Stockton's five consecutive wins, with seven goals during that span. The Ospreys have outscored their opponents 20-1 over the last five matches.
Â
Sost gave Stockton the early lead just 3:24 into the game as he took a feed from
Jared Ruff (Delran/Delran) and beat Albright goalkeeper Austin Aldinger one-on-one for his third tally of the season. Colofranson potted his first marker of the night as he got behind the defense and scored with 10:18 remaining in the first half.
Bobby Spracklin (Eastampton/Rancocas Valley) assisted on the goal and the Ospreys led 2-0 at intermission.
Â
Colofranson struck again with 14:17 gone in the second half for his team-leading seventh counter of the season to make it a 3-0 game. The Ospreys preserved the shutout from there, backstopped by goalkeeper
Bobby Varga (Toms River/TR East) who finished with three saves for his fifth clean sheet of the year. Stockton, which generated advantages of 19-9 in shots and 8-1 corner kicks, has not allowed a goal in the last 252:33 of play.
Â
Stockton will put its winning streak to a stiff test on Wednesday night when the Ospreys host 21st-ranked Swarthmore at 7 pm.
