Marcus Harmon (Whitesboro/Middle Twp.) sank a layup with 2.4 seconds remaining to lift the #12 Ospreys (12-1, 6-0 NJAC) to a 58-56 victory over New Jersey City. Stockton trailed by eight at the half but rallied for its fifth win by three points or less this season.
Josh Blamon (Cinnaminson/Cinnaminson) led the Ospreys with a game-high 16 points while Harmon finished with 10 points and a career-high 10 rebounds for a double-double.

Stockton trailed by five with four minutes to play but fought back on a three-pointer by Blamon followed by a steal and layup from
Anthony Woodard (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) to tie it at 56 with 2:39 to go. Stockton committed two turnovers but NJCU missed five shots and turned the ball over with 24 seconds on the clock and the game still tied. After running the time down, Harmon sank the clutch shot with 2.4 ticks left. A desperation three-pointer by David Cole missed the mark, giving the Ospreys the dramatic win.

Harmon's game-winning basket gave Stockton its first lead since the 7:29 mark of the first half. The Ospreys led by 14-8 behind six early points by Blamon and five by
Zavon Johnson (Trenton/WW-Plainsboro South) off the bench. The lead evaporated as Stockton scored just two points in the last eight minutes of the half on a Blamon layup and faced a 35-27 deficit at the break despite 11 points by Blamon.

Stockton drew into a 51-51 tie on a tip-in by Blamon with 6:27 remaining that followed two Woodard free throws, but the Gothic Knights reeled off five straight points for a 56-51 advantage. The Ospreys rallied by scoring the last seven points of the game while NJCU missed its final seven field goal attempts plus one free throw try.

Johnson and
Armin Cane (Pleasantville/Pleasantville) finished with eight points apiece while Woodard tallied six points and 10 rebounds. Johnson was a perfect 3-3 from the floor including 2-2 from three-point range. Fellow freshman
Onnir Kendall (Williamstown/Williamstown) also was 3-3 from the field for a career-high six points. In addition to his double-double and game-winning bucket, Harmon registered team highs of three assists and three steals as well.
