BoxscoreGlassboro, NJ – Stockton University (2-8, 0-2 NJAC) suffered an 8-0 setback in an NJAC road game at Rowan University (6-4, 1-0) on Wednesday night. The game was the second of three consecutive league clashes for the Ospreys.
Kellie Brining (Cherry Hill/CH West) registered Stockton's lone shot of the night while Rowan fired 13 attempts at the Osprey net.

Courtney Birdsall (Bridgeton/Cumberland) played the final 13 minutes in goal for the Ospreys.
Rowan scored three goals in the first 19 minutes and broke the game open with five more tallies in the second half. Brining nearly got Stockton on the board with 9:33 gone in the second half but her shot on goal was snuffed by Rowan's Marisa Marini with a defensive save.
Stockton returns home to host Kean University in an NJAC game on Saturday at 1 p.m.
