Hilton Head, SC – Stockton University (7-5) opened its spring break trip with an 8-1 setback to Catholic University. Brynn Buechler (Pennsville/Pennsville) earned the lone team point for the Ospreys with a 6-3, 7-5 triumph at No. 6 singles. Gianna Letinski (Barnegat/Barnegat) won a set at No. 4 singles but came up just short in the end, 11-9 in a tiebreaker. The Ospreys also were swept in all three doubles matches.
 
Stockton will play Millsaps College (MS) in Hilton Head tomorrow at 6 pm.
