Hood boxscoreClermont, FL – Stockton University (3-1) split two games on their second day in Florida, dropping the first contest 6-3 to St. Mary's (IN) before redeeming themselves in the afternoon with a five inning 11-2 win over Hood College (MD).

Brittany Ksiezopolski (Hillsborough/Hillsborough) suffered her first loss of the season, tossing 4.1 innings before giving way to
Hannah Bibeault (Hopatcong/Hopatcong) to finish up. Riotte and
Dominique Dorris (Mantua/Clearview) led the offense with two base knocks each.
In the afternoon affair, the Ospreys sent 11 batters to the plate in the first and third innings to explode for all 11 runs.
Samantha Shockey (Deptford/Deptford) led the 12-hit barrage with three hits, two RBI and two runs. Shockey also tossed three innings of one-hit ball in the circle and Stockton allowed just two unearned runs. Riotte and Dorris each had two hits and two more RBI in the onslaught.
