BoxscorePurchase, NY – Stockton University (5-1) earned their second straight victory with a 4-1 win over Purchase College (1-5) in a non-conference tilt on Wednesday night.
Anthony Colofranson (Woodbury Heights/Gateway) led the way with a goal and two assists in the win. Stockton fired 25 shots to just four for Purchase and held a 10-2 advantage on corner kicks for the game.
Stockton exploded for two early goals in the first 4:34 to put the Ospreys up 2-0. Colofranson sent
Alex Kourahanis (Sicklerville/Timber Creek) in alone on net and he beat the Panthers' goalie for a 1-0 lead just 1:31 into the game. Three minutes later, junior back
Tyler Mills (East Windsor/Hightstown) scored his first career goal for a 2-0 advantage. Mills potted a rebound off a Colofranson blast for the tally.
Myles Clohessy cut the lead to 2-1 for the Panthers when he scored his first goal of the season on a free kick at 33:30. TheOspreys came right back to make it 3-1 less than two minutes later.
Jeff Tanski (Sicklerville/Timber Creek) headed in his second goal in two games off a
Nick Auleta (Southampton/Hammonton) corner kick. The two goal advantage for Stockton remained for the rest of the half.
The Ospreys scored their fourth marker 4:01 into the second half as Colofranson hit the net on a cross from
Jared Ruff (Delran/Delran) for his third tally of the season. Stockton kept the Panthers at bay for the rest of the game to seal the 4-1 victory.

Chris Giraudin (Pine Bush, NY/Pine Bush) saw his first action of the season and picked up his first win of the year. Purchase goalkeeper Uriel Milechberg Chirom made eight saves in taking the loss.
Stockton will begin NJAC play on Saturday afternoon when they face Ramapo in a home match at 3 pm.
