BoxscoreAllentown, PA – Stockton University (6-1) galloped into the lead with six consecutive goals in the first half and defeated Muhlenberg (3-5) 11-8 for their fourth consecutive win.
James O'Donnell (Mt. Laurel/Lenape) led the offense with three goals and two assists.

Mike Caposella (Wayne/DePaul Catholic) chipped in with three goals and an assist.
After Muhlenberg opened the scoring,
Tommy Gallo (Clinton/North Hunterdon) tied the game for the Ospreys. The Mules took a 3-1 lead with two tallies 53 seconds apart but Stockton raced ahead with six unanswered goals. O'Donnell led the onslaught with three goals and an assist.
Lance Pecina (Clark/Arthur L. Johnson) started the run, which also included one marker by
Guy Loggi (Somers Point/Mainland) and ended with a goal by
Zack Aho (Shamong/Seneca) that gave the Ospreys a 7-3 lead. Muhlenberg halted the barrage as time expired in the first half and Stockton led 7-4 at the break.
The Ospreys outscored the Mules 2-1 in the third quarter on goals by
Mike Drumm (Fairfield/West Essex) and Caposella for a 9-5 advantage entering the fourth period. Muhlenberg pulled within 9-6 before Caposella scored twice more for an 11-6 lead with 11 minutes to go. Stockton yielded two goals down the stretch but protected the lead and won 11-8.
Stockton will have a week off before visiting DeSales University for a matchup next Saturday at 1 p.m.
