Madison, NJ – Stockton University (4-1) rebounded from its first defeat of the season in resounding fashion, topping Drew University (2-2-1) 4-1 at the Drew Fall Festival. Four different Ospreys scored goals and two more dished assists in a balanced offensive performance.
After a scoreless first half, Stockton took the game over and outshot Drew 13-1 in the second frame.
Lindsey Thomas (Swedesboro/Kingsway) opened the scoring with an unassisted goal at 58:25. Seven minutes later,
Adrianna Boucher (Hamilton/Steinert) booted her team-leading fifth goal of the season to double the lead to 2-0.
The Ospreys later broke the match open with two late goals.
Alexa Fama (Linwood/Mainland) scored for the second straight day and
Alexa Aldredge (Cranford/Cranford) assisted on the tally, which came at 82:03. Three minutes later,
Michelle Sander (Ewing/Notre Dame) tallied with an assist by
Christina Denney (Millstone/Allentown) to make it 4-0.
Stockton was 1:38 away from a shutout when Drew's Erin Connors got the Rangers on the board with the last goal of the 4-1 victory for the Ospreys.

Nicole Pallante (Brick/Brick Twp.) earned the win with two saves. Ryan Jackson finished with four stops for Drew.
Stockton will be on the road again on Wednesday for a night game at St. Joseph's-Long Island at 7 p.m.
