Hackettstown, NJ – Stockton University (2-0) posted its second consecutive 3-0 shutout, downing Centenary by that score at the Cyclone Kickoff Classic. Adrianna Boucher (Hamilton/Steinert) had a hand in all three goals as she scored once and assisted on the other two. Boucher has eight points (3 G, 2 A) in Stockton's first two games.
 
All three goals were scored in the first half. Boucher got the Ospreys on the board with an unassisted tally 13:35 into the game. Freshman Michelle Sander (Ewing/Notre Dame) netted her first career goal at 26:47 by converting a long feed from Boucher.
 
With 2:57 left in the half, Abbey Yannacone (Manahawkin/Southern Regional), also a freshman, scored her first career goal and Boucher added another assist to her point total. The marker ended the scoring in the game with the Ospreys on top 3-0.
 
Stockton outshot Centenary 17-3 in the match. Goalkeeper Nicole Pallante (Brick/Brick Twp.) needed just three saves to record her second straight shutout.
 
Stockton returns to Galloway to host Maritime (NY) in the home opener for the Ospreys at G. Larry James Stadium on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
