Aston, PA – Stockton University (9-3) dominated Neumann University (1-8) from start to finish for a 5-0 victory in a non-conference road game. The Ospreys outshot their foes 20-2 and had a 21-3 advantage in penalty corners.
Alexa Massa (Moorestown/Moorestown) powered the offense with a hat trick and
Leah Davies (Ocean City/Ocean City) added a goal and an assist.
Massa scored the only goal that Stockton would need 6:59 into the game.
Sarah Gawrysiak (Haddon Twp./Haddon Twp.) assisted on the tally. Davies tallied her second goal of the season with 10:45 left in the first half and
Victoria Caiazzo (Manahawkin/Southern Regional) registered the assist on the play.
The Ospreys broke the game open with three goals in a span of 8:03 during the second half. Massa started the run with her second marker of the game, unassisted at 57:24.
Rebecca Bausher (New Egypt/New Egypt) struck 59 seconds later to make it 4-0. Massa completed her hat trick with an assist by Davies with 4:33 left to close out the 5-0 Stockton victory.
