Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (11-2, 4-1 Skyline) scored three straight goals in the fourth quarter to snap a 10-10 tie, and the Ospreys topped Farmingdale State (9-3, 3-2) 13-11 in a conference game.
Zack Aho (Shamong/Seneca) and
Mike Caposella (Wayne/DePaul Catholic) led Stockton with three goals and an assist apiece.
Tyler Bollard (Philadelphia, PA/Archbishop Ryan) won 18 of 27 faceoffs, scooped a game-high eight ground balls and scored two goals. The game was tied four times before Stockton's fourth-quarter surge decided the outcome.
Farmingdale State scored 35 seconds into the game and again three minutes later for a 2-0 lead. Markers by

Tommy Gallo (Clinton/North Hunterdon) sandwiched a Rams' tally and Stockton trailed 3-2 after one period.
Bollard won the opening faceoff of the second quarter and scored 13 seconds later to tie the game for the first time at 3-3. Just 29 seconds after Farmingdale State went up 4-3, Aho answered for a 4-4 deadlock. The Rams again pulled ahead by one before Caposella tied it 5-5. Aho then gave Stockton its first lead of the game at 6-5 on a man-up goal with 1:31 left in the half.
Aho scored his second straight man-up goal 12 seconds into the third quarter but Farmingdale State responded 36 seconds later to trim the Stockton lead to 7-6. Caposella potted two counters in a row and
Erik Anderson (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.) followed to cap a three-goal run in 2:14 that gave the Ospreys their biggest lead at 10-6.
The Rams then pumped in four consecutive tallies to pull into a 10-10 tie, which remained until the fourth quarter.
Brandon Nunez (Freehold/Freehold Twp.) gave the Ospreys the lead for good with 12:41 remaining. Bollard won the ensuing faceoff, raced in a scored his second goal of the game only six seconds later to give Stockton some breathing room at 12-10.
Mark Scherzer (Holmdel/Holmdel) made it 13-10 with 9:10 remaining and the Ospreys protected the lead from there. Farmingdale State scored with 1:42 on the clock for a 13-11 count but Stockton ran out the clock and prevailed by two.
The Rams fired shots from all angles throughout the game and outshot Stockton 56-39 but goalkeeper
Justin Ruiz (Holmdel/Holmdel) submitted another strong performance. Ruiz totaled 15 saves, his second highest total of the season.
Ryan Wieczorek, Stephen White and James Ragland each recorded two goals and an assist to pace Farmingdale State.
Stockton will begin a three-game road trip with a Skyline Conference game at Maritime on Saturday at 1 p.m.
