Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (9-3-3, 3-2-1 NJAC) was held to just one shot during the game and dropped a 3-0 decision to #6 The College of New Jersey (10-1-0, 6-0-0 NJAC) on Wednesday night.
Emily Frazee (Port Republic/Cedar Creek) was the only Osprey to get a shot on net for the night. The loss was the first in the last four matches for Stockton.

The nationally-ranked Lions broke through for the first score of the night at 37:47 of the first half. Amelia Curtis potted her own rebound off a blocked shot and hit the net for the 1-0 lead. TCNJ did not allow a shot the rest of the half while squeezing off eight attempts and held a 15-1 advantage for the contest.

The Lions broke the game open during the second half by scoring twice in a span of 3:05. In the 70th minute, Lauren McLaughlin scored from the middle of the box, then Taylor Nolan netted the last tally off a giveaway in front three minutes later to set the final score at 3-0.

Stockton tried to break the whitewash late in the game, earning four corner kicks in the last seven minutes, but could not get a shot on net.

Nicole Pallante (Brick/Brick Twp.) made five saves in suffering the loss. Nicole DiPasquale kicked out one shot for the Lions in posting her fifth shutout of the season.
