Glassboro NJ – Stockton University (13-16, 3-12 NJAC) was overrun by #4 Rowan University (27-7, 12-3 NJAC) 22-0 in a dominant performance on Thursday afternoon. Freshman
Brendan Doherty (Middletown/Middletown North) had two of three Osprey hits on the day. The Profs are ranked nationally at number four by both D3baseball.com/National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Top 25 and the American Baseball Coaches Association.

The home team wasted little time in scoring in the game as the Profs put up six runs in the first inning. An Anthony Harrold home run in the next frame made it 7-0. Four more tallies in the third inning, a five-spot in the fifth stanza and six more markers in the sixth frame ended the scoring and put the game away. Rowan mashed 20 hits against five Osprey hurlers in the contest.
