Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (4-0, 1-0 NJAC) remained unbeaten with a resounding 113-56 win over Rutgers-Camden (0-6, 0-1 NJAC) on Tuesday night. The Ospreys used a balanced scoring attack led by
Kyion Flanders (Wildwood/Wildwood) with 26 points, his second straight game over 25 points. It was the opening NJAC match for both squads for the 2021-22 season and it was the most points scored by the Ospreys since 1993 (123 vs. Baptist Bible).

Flanders and
DJ Campbell (Vineland/Vineland) hit three-pointers early and the Ospreys never looked back on the way to a massive 59-31 lead at the break. Stockton hit on all cylinders with Campbell tallying 11 points and
Luciano Lubrano (Ocean City/Ocean City) scoring 10 points to back up Flanders' 20 markers in the half.

Kadian Dawkins (Eastampton/Rancocas Valley) tied his career-high with eight assists during the first half to go along with a team-high five rebounds. As a team, the Ospreys hit a blistering 65.5 percent (19-30) from the field and 13-23 (56.5%) from behind the arc. Flanders continued his hot shooting with 7-10 from three-point land.

The second frame started much like the first with Lubrano and
Jordan Williams (Trenton/Trenton Central) scoring layups to push the margin to an insurmountable 61-39, forcing the Scarlet Raptors into a timeout with 17:43 remaining. The margin expanded to 75-35 at the 13:33 mark. The Ospreys then cleared the bench allowing all available players to see playing time, as Stockton remained unbeaten at 4-0.

Flanders led all scorers with 26 points, including 8-11 (72.7%) from the behind the arc. Lubrano ended with 16 points while
Milo De Los Santos (Hopewell Valley/Hopewell Valley) scored a career-high 13 points on a career best 4-5 from behind the arc, with Campbell adding 11 markers. Dawkins dished a career-high 11 assists, the most by a Stockton player since Kris Polk had 12 assists in a game in 2005.

Stockton will travel to Rochester, NY this weekend to play in the Holiday Inn Rochester Tournament. The Ospreys will face host Rochester on Saturday afternoon at 2 pm. Stockton will then face off against either Olivet or Elmira on Sunday.
