Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (5-0, 5-0 NJAC) finished the regular season with a perfect record as the Ospreys swept New Jersey City (1-4, 1-4 NJAC) by scores of 25-15, 25-9, 25-8 on Tuesday night. Seven players spiked four kills or more as Stockton led wire-to-wire.

Emily Sullivan (Bridgewater-Bridgewater-Raritan) dished her 3,000th assist early in the second set to become just the fourth player in Stockton history to achieve that milestone.

Haley Green (Springville, UT/Maple Mountain) and
Charlotte Leon (Northport, NY/Northport) led the Ospreys in the first set with four and three kills respectively while Sullivan added 13 assists in the opening frame. Sullivan then wasted no time in hitting the milestone mark with an assist on a
Franceska Gustave (Edgewater/Leonia) spike for the first point in the second set.

From there, the Ospreys cruised through the final two sets. Gustave, Green, Sullivan and
Christie Louer (Clifton/Clifton) all had three kills in the frame, with rookie
Emma Capriglione (Tuckerton/Pinelands) spiking two of her career-high four kills.

The third set saw every available Osprey see action to close out the match. Four different Ospreys had a pair of kills or more as Stockton won the final set 25-8.

Louer led the squad with eight kills, with Green adding seven spikes and
Julie Kohlhoff (West Islip, NY/West Islip) getting six kills. Gustave, who had a game-high four blocks, Leon and Sullivan chipped in with five kills each. Sullivan led all players with 22 assists on the night, raising her total to 3,008 for her stellar career. She also scooped eight digs, tying
Sophia Marziello (Haddonfield/Paul VI) for team high. Â

New Jersey City was led by Yaidettive Vega with six kills, with Sydney Lore dishing 10 assists. Madeline Lopez scooped a game-high nine digs on the backline for the Gothic Knights.

The Ospreys garnered the top seed for the upcoming NJAC Tournament. Stockton will have a first round bye, awaiting the winner of New Jersey City and Rutgers-Camden who play Thursday evening. Stockton's match will take place in Galloway next Tuesday at 7 p.m.
