Ospreys of the Week
BASEBALL:
Marco Meleo (Freehold/Freehold Boro) led the Ospreys with a .571 (8-14) batting average in Stockton's four NJAC Tournament games. Meleo also drove in four RBI and scored twice. He snapped a scoreless tie with a two-run triple that produced the game-winning runs in the eighth-inning of a 2-0 victory NJCU.
MEN'S LACROSSE:
Luc Swedlund (Randolph/Randolph) scored a game-high eight goals against Kean in the CSAC championship game and broke the Stockton career scoring record of 191 goals by Stockton Athletics Hall of Famer Kevin Logue (1995-1998). Swedlund has 193 goals in his career.
WOMEN'S ROWING:

Izabelle DelRoss (Egg Harbor City/Cedar Creek),
Chloe Schulze (Little Egg Harbor/Pinelands),
Jamie Dubicki (Hasbrouck Hts./Bergen County Tech),
Jany Anderson (Petersburg/Ocean City),
Caitlyn Fogarty (Jackson/Jackson Memorial),
Olivia Hurley (Bayville/Central Regional) and
Emily Culmone (Absecon/Ocean City) rowed in the varsity eight and
Lorelei Hendricks (Burlington/Doane Academy) was the coxswain as the group won Stockton's first-ever varsity eight gold medal at the Dad Vail Regatta.
SOFTBALL:
Lilly James (Roseland/West Essex) batted .571 (4-7) with a double, triple and four runs as Stockton's swept Montclair State in the NJAC Tournament quarterfinals. James also had a slugging percentage of 1.000 plus an on-base percentage of .625 and did not commit an error in 12 chances at shortstop.
WOMEN'S TENNIS:
Lily Muir (Robbinsville/Robbinsville) won 6-0, 6-0 in singles then took an 8-2 victory in doubles with Audrey Van Schalkwyk in the NJAC Tournament semifinals against Rutgers-Camden.
MEN'S TRACK & FIELD:
Kyle Navalance ((Toms River/TR North) won the 3000m steeplechase at the NJAC Championships and broke the 23-year-old school record in the event by six seconds (9:25.32). The previous record was held by Bryan Poerner (1998) with a time of 9:31.0. Navalance won an NJAC individual title for the first time in his career.
WOMEN'S TRACK & FIELD:
Susann Foley (Tabernacle/Seneca) won twice at the NJAC Championships over the weekend. Foley captured the heptathlon (3486 points) in her first-ever time competing in the event and then won the high jump (1.60m) for her sixth consecutive victory of the season in that event.

Women's Rowing
- Latest Results: Varsity 8 Gold Medal, Varsity 4 Bronze Medal, Novice Eight Bronze Medal at Dad Vail Regatta
- The varsity eight won the Division III Final by eight seconds, topping the field of four with a time of 7:07.660 to finish ahead of Marietta, Franklin & Marshall, and Washington College. The gold medal is the first-ever by a Stockton varsity eight at the Dad Vail.

- Emily Thompson (Manahawkin/Southern Regional) was the coxswain for the varsity four while the rowers were Gabrielle Eppright (Swainton/Cape May Tech), Kayla Bokor (Wayne/Roxbury), Nicole Dube (Newton/Kittatinny) and Carrie Alpin (North Hanover/Northern Burlington).
- Kelley Mason (Manhattan, N.Y./St. Vincent Ferrer) was the coxswain for the novice eight.
- Kara Yarrington (Woodstown/Woodstown), Madelynn Schina (Somerdale/Highland), Emily Latshaw (Toms River/TR South), Allison Reed (Cherry Hill/CH East), Jordan Barikian (Cape May/Lower Cape May), Nadia LoPane (Galloway/Absegami), Mary-Rose Keane (Watervliet, N.Y./Padua Academy (Del.)) and Laurel Flockhart (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) rowed in the novice eight.

- Lilly James (Roseland/West Essex) and Liani Ortiz (Marlton/Cherokee) each had four hits on the day to lead the Ospreys to the sweep in the NJAC Tournament quarterfinals. James added a double, triple and team-high four runs while Ortiz produced a team-high three RBI.
- Jenna Patterson (Mullica Hill/Clearview) was chosen NJAC Rookie of the Week after hitting .500 with two RBI and a run in the pair of wins.
- Angie Dunphy (Hainesport/Rancocas Valley) batted .429 (3-7) with two runs and an RBI.
- Marissa Semeraro (Ridgefield/Ridgefield) tossed a complete game for the win in the opener and Samantha McErlane (Mt. Ephraim/Aububon) pitched a five-hitter and allowed just one run for the win in the nightcap.

Women's Track & Field
- Latest Results: Second Place at NJAC Championships
- Susann Foley (Tabernacle/Seneca) led the Ospreys with a pair of victories. Foley won the heptathlon (3,486 points), which was held at The College of New Jersey on May 5-6. The junior competed in the heptathlon for the first time in her career. Foley then proceeded to win the high jump (1.60m) for her second event win of the meet.
- Jessie Klenk (Somerdale/Sterling) won the 1500m (5:00.71) and placed third in the 800m (2:24.46.).
- Erin Cannon (Howell/Howell) won the 400m hurdles (1:06.73) and Kierstin Clem (Voorhees/Eastern) took first place in the 10,000m (40:38.56).
- Stockton went one-two in the 3000m steeplechase as Olivia Harris (Sammamish, Wash./Eastlake) won (12:02.32) and Jamie Wun (Moorestown/Moorestown) finished second (12:12.11).
- Jenna Vigorito (Columbus/Northern Burlington) rounded out the Stockton winners with a victory in the discus (37.14m).
- Lauren Preston (Wernersville, Pa./Conrad Weiser) finished second in the pole vault (3.50m) while the quartet of Cannon, Jenna Walker (Barnegat/Barnegat), Khristina Washington (Hammonton/Hammonton) and Lauren Maldonado (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was second in the 4x400 relay (4:13.87).
- Washington also placed third in the triple jump and joined Walker, Kaylee Apple (West Long Branch/St. Rose) and Funmilayo Aka-Bashorun (Lawrenceville/Lawrence) for third place in the 4x100 relay (50.91 seconds).

Men's Track & Field
- Latest Results: Third Place at NJAC Championships.
- Keith Holland (Bayville/Central Regional) won the conference title in the pole vault (4.70m) for the sixth straight time (three indoor, three outdoor)
- Hunter Daly (Florence/Florence) won the high jump (2.03m) for the third consecutive time (two outdoor, one indoor).
- Kyle Navalance (Toms River/TR North) won the 3000m steeplechase and broke the 23-year-old school record in the event by six seconds (9:25.32).
- Four Ospreys posted runner-up finishes, with Daniel Do (Galloway/Absegami) the lone second-place finisher in a track event with his performance in the 5000m (15:11.85).
- Matthew Carter (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) finished second behind Holland in the pole vault (4.40m).
- Darren Wan (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) placed second in the hammer throw (54.76m) and William Gross (Marlton/Cherokee) was the runner-up in the shot put (14.17m).
- Max Klenk (Somerdale/Sterling) finished third in the decathlon (4,458 points), which was held at The College of New Jersey on May 5-6.

Baseball (11-15)
- Latest Results: Stockton 2, New Jersey City 0; Stockton 8, #9 Rowan 6; #9 Rowan 7, Stockton 2; #9 Rowan 6, Stockton 1.
- Marco Meleo (Freehold/Freehold Boro) led the Ospreys with a .571 (8-14) batting average in the four games. He also produced four RBI and scored twice on the week. Meleo blasted a two-run triple in the eighth inning against NJCU that brought home the winning runs.
- Freshman Tommy Talbot (Howell/Howell) continued his hot hitting by batting .400 (6-14) with one RBI and a pair of runs. Talbot batted safely in all seven games in which he appeared this season.
- Rico Viani (Monroe Twp./Monroe Twp.) tossed 6.1 IP with one earned run and four strikeouts in winning his third game of the season against Rowan. Viani now holds the school record career ERA with a sterling 2.51. For his efforts, Viani was selected as NJAC Pitcher of the Week for the first time in his career.
- Phil DeMarco (Ocean Twp./Ocean Twp.) allowed just five earned runs in 13.0 innings pitched for a 3.46 ERA last week. DeMarco tossed eight shutout innings, allowing just four hits and striking out for for the win against NJCU.

- Latest Results: CSAC Championship - Kean 14, Stockton 13.
- Luc Swedlund (Randolph/Randolph) scored eight goals to lead the Ospreys, and in doing so, broke the school record of 191 goals set by Kevin Logue (1995-98). Swedlund tallied his record-breaking goal 14 seconds into the fourth quarter.
- J.J. McKenna (Barnegat/Barnegat) scored two goals while Eric D'Arminio (Roxbury/Roxbury) contributed a goal and two assists.
- Freshman Jared Long (Bound Brook/Bridgewater-Raritan) caused a team-high four turnovers on defense, with Swedlund, Peter Burke (Shamong/Seneca) and Justin Werder (Roxbury/Roxbury) scooping three ground balls each.

- Lily Muir (Robbinsville/Robbinsville) posted a 6-0, 6-0 shutout in singles and joined Audrey van Schalkwyk (Haddon Hts./Paul VI) for an 8-2 doubles victory against the Scarlet Raptors.
- Freshmen Brynn Bowman (Ocean City/Ocean City) and Bella Trimble (Marlton/Paul VI) combined for an 8-3 doubles win against Rutgers-Camden.
