Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University (2-1-1) scored twice in the first half and shut out North Carolina Wesleyan (1-4) 2-0 for its second straight win. The Ospreys outshot the Battling Bishops 14-3 and earned the only five corner kicks of the match.
Heather Bertollo (Hawthorne/Hawthorne) outdueled a defender, created some space and scored from the left wing in the 16th minute to give Stockton an early 1-0 lead.
