Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (4-2-4, 0-1-2 NJAC) dropped a 3-0 final to Christopher Newport University (6-1-1) on Sunday afternoon. The Ospreys had five shots on net but could not break through in the match and was Stockton's third game in a five-day span. The Captains are in the receiving votes category in the United Soccer Coaches latest poll.

Four different Ospreys were able to get shots on net in the first half but to no avail. At 23:05 the Captains slipped in a tally off a scrum in front for the 1-0 lead, which would last until half.

The visitors took control in the final stanza, outshooting the Ospreys 6-1 and potting a pair of markers. The goals came in the first 2:47 of the half, then again in the 88th minute for the 3-0 final score.
