Galloway, NJ – Stockton University (8-2-5, 2-1-3 NJAC) exploded for all five goals in the second half and rolled to a 5-1 victory over New Jersey City (6-6-1, 1-5-0) on Saturday morning.
Aiden Hoenisch (Bordentown/Notre Dame) led the onslaught with two goals on the day and extended the Osprey unbeaten streak to five straight matches.

After a scoreless first half that was tightly contested, the Gothic Knights opened the scoring with a tally 4:40 into the second frame. The Ospreys answered with a pair of goals in a span of 1:56 to take the lead for good.

At 51:38, Hoenisch took a pass from
Joseph Carbone (Pequannock/Pequannock) to knot the match at 1-1. Just under a minute later, Hoenisch converted a penalty kick for the one goal advantage.

In the 67th minute,
Jake Homowitz (Tinton Falls/Christian Brothers Academy) converted another penalty kick to make it 3-1, then
Ernst Louisius (Asbury Park/Neptune) scored off a rebound in the 80th minute for a 3 goal margin.

Freshman Aiden Pereira (Spotswood/Spotswood) closed out the scoring when he took a pass from
Antonio Matos (Hammonton/St. Augustine) at 88:31 to score his first career goal and the 5-1 victory.
