Memphis, TN – Stockton University (3-0-2) ran their unbeaten streak to begin the season to five straight matches, with a convincing 3-0 win over Hendrix College (2-3-1) at the Rhodes Classic. Six different Ospreys tallied points in the game.

Stockton scored all their markers in the first half, starting at 3:25, when
Joseph A. Carbone (East Brunswick/East Brunswick) assisted on a
Joseph Carbone (Pequannock/Pequannock) goal for a quick-1-0 lead.

Tommy Osterman (Kinnelon/Kinnelon) picked up his second goal of the season, off a pass from
Antonio Matos (Hammonton/St. Augustine Prep), in the 11th minute to push the margin to two goals.

Aiden Hoenisch (Bordentown/Notre Dame) finished the scoring at 38:15 of the first stanza, with freshman
Carter Bailey (Hammonton/Hammonton) getting his first career point on a helper and a 3-0 advantage.

That would be all the scoring as every available player for the Ospreys saw time in the final half of the 3-0 victory. Stockton held a 19-5 advantage on shots and all three of their shots on goal found their way into the net.

Brady Bartletta (Hainesport/Rancocas Valley) earned his second shutout of the season of the season in net, making one save.

Stockton will return home for a two-game home stand starting Wednesday, when the Ospreys will take on Haverford College at G. Larry James Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 7pm.
