From there it was all Ospreys as the home team potted three goals in a span of 4:25 in the second period to take a 3-1 lead at the break. Bailey scored her sixth of the season on a penalty stroke at 19:21. Just 3:25 later, Bailey took an insert from Thompson on a penalty corner and made it 2-1. Two minutes after Bailey's second marker, Olivia Catalano deposited her fourth tally of the year to make it a two-goal advantage at the break.

The Ospreys did not let up in the third period, scoring twice more. Ameera Bilgrami (Voorhees/Eastern Regional) ended the scoring with her third of the season, on Thompson's second helper off a penalty corner and the 5-1 lead.

With 1:52 to play in the match, Jordan Czaczkowski (Jackson/Jackson Memorial), who came on in relief of Erika Roura (Mt. Laurel/Lenape), stopped a penalty stroke and set the final score at 5-1 in favor of Stockton.
