Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals results
Staten Island, N.Y. – Stockton University began the 2024-25 indoor track & field season on Friday with the team competing in the Fastrack Season Opener at Ocean Breeze while two Ospreys were in the heptathlon at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals.
Carson Latham (Bordentown/Bordentown) shaved three hundredths of a second off his own school record in the 200m and finished eighth out of 97 sprinters (22.27 seconds). Latham also placed 18th out of 101 in the 60m (7.03 seconds).
In his first college meet, freshman
Landon Jenter (Voorhees/Eastern Regional) registered the highest finish by an Osprey with fifth out of 19 runners in the 500m (1:08.60). Jenter,
Joseph deBeaumont (Blackwood/Highland),
Tyler Wells (Audubon/Audubon) and
Mike Cordiano (Toms River/TR North) finished third out of six teams in the 4x800 relay (8:33.90).
Penn State transfer
Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) finished seventh out of 41 in the long jump (6.72) in his first meet at Stockton.
Johnathan Holden (Waretown/Southern Regional placed seventh out of 24 in the 60m hurdles (8.54 seconds).
Stockton won't compete again for nearly a month. The next meet is the Gotham Cup at Ocean Breeze on January 17.
