The Stockton men's soccer team enters the 2024 season with 18 returning letter winners from a 2023 squad the came away with 11 victories for the squad's highest win total since 2017. The roster skews to the younger side, with 12 freshmen and 10 sophomores comprising nearly two-thirds of the team along with one fifth-year, two seniors and eight juniors.

Greg Ruttler has eight returnees who started at least 18 of Stockton's 20 games last season plus five more who played in at least 16 matches. Five of the returning starters were NJAC all-conference selections a year ago. Stockton was ranked third in the NJAC preseason coaches poll.
- Junior Aiden Hoenisch headlines the offense. Last year, Hoenisch finished third in the NJAC in points and tied for third in goals. He went 5-6 on penalty kicks, and his goal and point totals were the highest by an Osprey since 2015. Hoenisch earned NJAC First Team United Soccer Coaches All-Region IV First Team honors.
- Senior Joseph Carbone has been a consistent scorer throughout his career, with 19 goals and eight assists for 46 points in 59 career games. Carbone, one of the most experienced players on the team, tied for eighth in the NJAC in goals and points and was an NJAC Second Team selection last year.
- Antonio Matos returns for his fifth season to add skill and experience at midfield. Matos has played 62 career games, more than anyone on the roster. He started all 20 games, scored one goal, and tied for second on the team with four assists for six points in 2023.
- Junior Uche Wokocha excels in a primarily defensive midfield role. Wokocha had a breakout sophomore season, starting all 18 games in which he played and tallying two goals and an assist on the way to an NJAC Honorable Mention nod.
- Junior Dawson Joseph headlines the strong defensive unit for the Ospreys. Joseph started all 36 games that he played in his first two seasons, and he was recognized for his play with an NJAC Honorable Mention spot last year.
- Juniors Thomas Trimble and Tommy Osterman, along with sophomore Noah Jones and senior Kieran Sundermann comprise the sturdy defensive corps. Jones and Trimble started 20 and 18 games respectively last year while Osterman started 11 of the 14 matches that he played and Sundermann saw action in all 20 games.
- 2023 NJAC Rookie of the Year Brady Bartletta returns at goalkeeper. The sophomore had a tremendous first season in Galloway and became the program's 14th NJAC Rookie of the Year. Bartletta led the league in minutes played (1763:13), tied for third in shutouts (7) and placed third in goals against average (0.92) as a freshman.
- Bartletta will be backed up by senior Kyle Birmingham and a pair of freshmen in Aidan Daly and Ismael Kone. Birmingham played 26:47 and made two saves without allowing a goal in two appearances last season.
- Sophomores Joseph A. Carbone and Ernst Louisius will add to the offensive firepower in their second year. In 2023, Carbone tied for second on the team in assists while Louisius tied for third in goals.
- Fellow sophs Carter Bailey and Chris Krall return to give the front line some options after gaining valuable experience in 16 and 15 games respectively last year.
- Sophomore Nico Calambas is a key returnee at midfield who saw action in all 20 matches including five starts last year. Fellow sophomore Aidan Pereira, who played in nine games off the bench as a freshman will add to the midfield depth.
- Sophomore Leland Wexler is a transfer from Stevenson University who should be a key addition on defense. Wexler played in 13 games with six starts in his rookie year. Junior Solo Doumbouya also is a returnee on defense who has played in six career games.
- Junior Kerem Satar is an incoming midfielder with experience from Ocean County College where he totaled 31 points (11 G, 9 A) in 27 games. Freshmen Rory Grace, Mario Maldonado-Carrasco and Owen Sugra will look to make an impact at midfield as well.
- Freshmen Caden Devers and Saad Williams will try to boost the offense as rookies while freshmen Brady Devine, Nazariy Bilichak, Jack Marano, Owen Mead, Emanuel Valentin and Beckham Zwaan comprise a large group of first year backs who will bolster the defense.
