Stockton Rolls by Centenary 4-0

Galloway, NJ – In a match filled with firsts, Stockton University (2-2-1) won their second straight game dropping Centenary (1-3) by a 4-0 score on Wednesday afternoon. Four different Ospreys tallied goals with three more players adding assists.

Megan Morris (Sicklerville/Bishop Eustace) got the Ospreys on the board with an unassisted marker in the 36th minute of the first half. The tally would turn out to the eventual game winner and gave Stockton a 1-0 lead at the break.

Erica Dietz (Allentown, PA/Central Catholic) started the three goal final frame 4:17 into the period with her third goal of the season. Dietz was sent in on a through ball by Rylee Getter (Galloway/Absegami) to make it 2-0.

In the 66th minute Gia Que (Middletown/Middletown North) scored her first career goal on a nice feed from Bella Bednarz (Keyport/Keyport), before Ella Tom (Woodbridge/Woodbridge) finished the scoring at 82:14 for her first career marker.

She tallied on an assist from Tori Barbara (Turnersville/Washington Twp.) giving the freshman her first career point on the helper in the 4-0 whitewash.

Megan Brady (Rockaway/Morris Knolls) did not have to make a save in positing her first shutout of the season and sixth of her career.
