Stockton Dominates Eastern 15-2

Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University (8-2) delivered another excellent offensive display in their 15-2 victory over Eastern University (2-5) while also showcasing a dominant defensive performance. The Ospreys allowed just three total shots while firing off 25 of their own.

Isabella Marinello (West Caldwell/Caldwell) played a crucial role in Stockton's offensive success, contributing team highs of three goals and two assists.

Kayla Dever (Mullica Hill/Camden Catholic), Georgia Keubler (Southampton/Seneca), Charlotte Ondria (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North) and Margot Costello (South Brunswick/South Brunswick) each contributed with two goals.

Dever's goals brought her career total to three, while freshman Samantha Parks (Sicklerville/Timber Creek) scored her first career goal. Billie Ormsby (Maple Shade/Maple Shade) also netted her second of the season.

Stockton's defense was nearly impenetrable, shutting down Eastern's offense and controlling possession throughout the game.

Gracie Horton and Natalia Willoughby scored one goal apiece for Eastern. Natasha Chaillou made five saves for the Eagles.

The Ospreys will look to carry this two-game win streak into their next matchup this Saturday, March 29, at 12:00 p.m. at Alvernia.
