Nick Avagnano (Paramus/Paramus) hit safely in all five games last week for Stockton Baseball. Avagnano led the team in batting at .579 (11-19) with nine runs, two homers, 18 total bases and an OPS of 1.553. The junior also tied for the team lead with eight RBI in a 4-1 week for the Ospreys.

Riley Burns (Mullica Hill/Clearview) led Stockton Men's Lacrosse with four goals last week. The junior tied his career-high with three markers against Vassar. Burns also grabbed two ground balls during the week.

Elenora Byrne (Princeton Jct./West Windsor-Plainsboro North) finished ninth out of 31 with a 96 that broke down to a 50 on the front nine and a 46 on the back nine at the Ursinus Conquer the Island Tournament. Byrne made two pars on each nine for Stockton Women's Golf.

Ahmad Fogg (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was chosen NJAC Field Athlete of the Week. Fogg placed third and moved into 17th on the NCAA performance list in the triple jump (14.36m) and finished fourth out of 52 in the long jump (6.89m) at the Paul Donahue Invitational. His efforts moved him into second in the NJAC in both disciplines. He also competed in the high jump placing ninth of 30 competitors.

Rob Jeans (Toms River/Toms River North) earned his second win of the season for Stockton Baseball with six innings of work, allowing one run and striking out four against Rutgers-Camden in his only appearance of the week.

Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) was selected NJAC Track Athlete of the Week after she took two seconds off her school mark in the 800m and moved into second on the NCAA Division III performance list with a time of 2:07.13 at the Paul Donahue Invitational. Kass finished third out of nine runners in the 800m elite race behind two Division I competitors from Penn.

Carson Latham (Bordentown/Bordentown) ran three events for Stockton Men's Track & Field at the Paul Donahue Invitational. Latham finished sixth out of 109 sprinters in the 100m (10.92 seconds), placed 16th out of 128 in the 200m (22.22 seconds) and ran a leg on the 4x100m relay team that ran 42.68 seconds and placed fourth out of 14 teams.

Gina Marotta (Montville/Montville) tallied a team-high five draw controls and two caused turnovers for Stockton Women's Lacrosse women's lacrosse team against Montclair State in the only game last week for the squad.

Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) topped her school record for Stockton Women's Track & Field in the 400m hurdles by nearly a second and jumped into fourth on the NCAA performance list. Petrolia won in a field of 22 runners at the Paul Donahue Invitational with a time of 1:01.32). The junior also competed in the triple jump, placing 17th

Michaela Pomatto (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) was chosen NJAC Field Athlete of the Week after extending her top discus throw in the NJAC for Stockton Women's Track & Field. Pomatto finished third out of 33 throwers in the discus with a distance of 41.89 meters at the Paul Donohue Invitational. Her toss was a season best and tops the NJAC by over six meters (20 feet).

Justin Prekop (Hamilton/Notre Dame) earned his first career win for Stockton Baseball with a career-high 4.2 innings of work in relief against Gwynedd Mercy. Prekop allowed one earned run and struck out two hitters.

Nerina Tramp (Blackwood/Highland) collected her second NJAC Pitcher of the Week award of the season for Stockton Softball. Tramp won two games last week in three appearances without allowing an earned run (0.00 ERA). The senior pitched 20.0 innings, scattered eight hits, struck out 21 batters and gave up just two walks. Tramp tossed a one-hitter against Ramapo in a 1-0 shutout victory.
