Galloway, N.J. - Stockton University (15-9, 12-5 NJAC) defeated Ramapo College (8-16, 3-14 NJAC) 55-40 on Saturday afternoon to push their winning streak to five in a row.
The Ospreys fell behind 5-0 early in the first quarter then answered with a 10-point run to take a 10-5 lead into the second quarter. The Ospreys maintained the lead for the rest of the game.
Zemirah Enalls (Barnegat/Barnegat) picked up four points and three rebounds in the opening period.
In the second quarter, the Ospreys continued their impressive performance on defense, led by Enalls, who collected six rebounds and two steals. The team outscored Ramapo 12-8 for a 22-13 lead at the half.
Stockton added one point to its lead with an 18-17 third quarter behind five points and six rebounds from Enalls plus five points by
Riley Fitzpatrick (Barnegat/Barnegat) in her first game action since January 17. The Ospreys led 40-30 after three.
The Ospreys were able to put a finish on the game, with
Imene Fathi (Wildwood/Wildwood) and fellow senior
Haleigh Schafer (Egg Harbor City/Absegami) combining for 13 fourth-quarter points to seal the 55-40 triumph.

Enalls finished with 16 points, 17 rebounds and four steals for her ninth double-double of the season. Fathi had 13 points, six rebounds and four assists.
Grace Speer (Estell Manor/ACIT) contributed seven points, six steals and four boards.
The Roadrunners were led by Vanessa Kohler's 10 points and eight rebounds.
Stockton will look to add to their winning streak on Wednesday when the Ospreys visit Rowan University for the last game of the regular season at 5:30 p.m.Â
