Philadelphia, Pa. - Stockton University recorded four top 10 finishes plus one school record and some other strong performances at the Widener Indoor Classic. The two-day meet was held at the Ott Center and included teams primarily from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Elaina Styer (Estell Manor/Ocean City) shaved another four hundredths of a second off her own school record and finished third out of 39 in the prelims of the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.83 seconds that bumped her up to 15th in the nation.

Styer also finished third out of 24 in the high jump (1.60m) as well as tied for eighth out of 30 in the long jump (5.17m).

Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) placed seventh out of 43 in the 800m (2:18.29).
Marlie DiPalma (Hackettstown/Pope John XXIII) finished 11th out of 30 in the long jump (5.06m) and
Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) was 12th out of 56 in the mile (5:13.15).

Stockton will return to the Ott Center at the University of Pennsylvania for the NJAC Championships on February 21-22.
