Medford, Mass. – Four Stockton University student-athletes traveled to New England for the Tufts Last Chance meet on Saturday. The meet was the final one before the NCAA Championships next weekend.
 
Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) finished third out of 11 competitors in the triple jump (11.38m) and Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) placed fifth out of 14 in the 800m (2:17.89).
 
Maddy Valasek (Medford/Shawnee) completed the trio of women's entrants for the Ospreys and finished 13th out of 26 runners in the mile (5:08.52). Conor Clifford (Monmouth Beach/CBA) started in the men's mile but did not complete the race.
 
Elaina Styer and Ahmad Fogg are slated to compete in the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama on March 13-14.
