La Crosse, Wis. – Stockton University senior
Elaina Styer (Estell Manor/Ocean City) finished fourth out of 22 competitors in the heptathlon at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships to obtain a First Team All-America honor.
Styer finished the seven events with a total of 5,033 points that was just 17 points off her school-record total from earlier in the season. The junior placed fourth or higher in three events, finishing third in the 100m hurdles and shot put plus fourth in the high jump. Styer recorded a personal best of 11.67 meters in the shot put.
Styer earned a First Team All-America award for the second time in her career, with both coming this year. She was the runner-up in the pentathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships in March. Styer also qualified for the 2025 NCAA indoor meet in the pentathlon but was unable to compete due to an injury.
Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) ran a time of 2:12.07 in the prelims of the 800m and finished 19th in her final college race. Kass, a four-time All-American in the 800m, competed in an NCAA Championship meet for the sixth time in her career (four outdoor, two indoor).

Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) in the 400m hurdles final,
Joie Buxton (Galloway/Absegami) in the javelin and Bryant Nelson (Millville/Millville) in the men's triple jump.
