Results
Mahwah, N.J. – Stockton University finished third out of nine teams in the NJAC Championships at Ramapo College with a score of 133. The Ospreys finished in the top three at the conference outdoor championships for the 11th straight year.
Stockton recorded two marks in the top 14 on the NCAA performance list and notched three event wins plus five runner-up finishes.
Stockton's Top Performers:
Joie Buxton (Galloway/Absegami) won out of 17 competitors in the javelin with a throw of 44.25 meters that moved her into third in NCAA Division III.
Elaina Styer (Estell Manor) won the high jump out of 15 entrants at a height of 1.67 meters that is tied for 14th in the nation. Styer also finished second out of 19 in the long jump (5.40m) and second out of 13 in the 100m hurdles (14.29 seconds). Styer broke her own school record in the hurdles by posting 14.22 seconds in the prelims.
Eva Morrison (Northfield/Mainland) won out of 11 competitors in the pole vault (3.45m) and
Megan Morris (Pennsville/Pennsville) finished second (3.30m).
Kayla Kass (Bayonne/Bayonne) placed second out of 24 runners in the 800m (2:13.74) and third out of 24 in the 400m (58.06 seconds). Kass ran 57.00 seconds in the prelims of the 400m, breaking the school record that stood for nine years.
Evelynn Austin (Sparta/Pope John XXIII) finished second out of nine in the 3000m steeplechase (11:59.51).
Emma Petrolia (New Milford/New Milford) placed third out of 11 in the 400m hurdles (1:02.85).

Jessica Bruther (Manahawkin/Southern Regional) finished third out of eight teams in the 4x400 relay (3:58.98).
Sophia Cornell (New Tripoli, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) placed fourth out of nine in the 3000m steeplechase (12:04.14).

Adrienne Austin (Hainesport/Rancocas Valley),
Cameron Radcliffe (Pt. Pleasant/Pt. Pleasant Boro) finished fifth and set a new school record in the 4x100 relay (48.94 seconds).
