Galloway, N.J. – Stockton University hosted its third and final meet of the season with the G. Larry James Invitational on Friday. The small meet included 10 competitors or less in most events and served as a cap to the season for most of the Ospreys.
The day also celebrated the memory of the great G. Larry James, who won gold and silver medals in track & field at the 1968 Olympics and served as a coach, athletic director and dean during 36 years at Stockton from 1972 until his passing in 2008. The meet was held in the stadium that bears James' name.
