Galloway, N.J. - The Stockton University women's lacrosse team and seven players qualified for academic recognition from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA). The Ospreys earned acknowledgment as an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad by registering a team grade point average of 3.20 or higher for the 2025-26 academic year.
 
On the field, Stockton went 11-6 this spring for the fourth straight season with at least 11 victories under the direction head coach Denise Roessler.
 
Graduate student Brianna Robinson (Cape May CH/Middle Twp.) earned the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for the third consecutive season while seniors Isabella Marinello (West Caldwell/Caldwell), Gina Marotta (Montville/Montville), and Julia Gibson (Cape May Point/Lower Cape May) qualified for the second straight year.
 
Senior Jordan Czaczkowski (Jackson/Jackson Memorial) and juniors Isabella Cote (Galloway/Cedar Creek) and Kasey O'Neill (Morton, Pa./Ridley) rounded out the group with their first IWLCA Academic Honor Roll spots.
 
The criteria for the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll were that student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
 
Robinson tied for second on the team in caused turnovers (22) and finished fourth in ground balls (28). In addition, she scored eight goals with two assists for 10 points.
 
Marinello, an NJAC First Team and IWLCA All-Region Second Team selection, finished seventh in the NJAC in goals (2.53/game) and points (3.53/game) as well as 10th in assists (1.00/game). The senior topped the team in goals (43) and points (60).
 
Marinello became Stockton's career leader with 138 goals and 202 points as well as becoming the first Osprey to ever break the 200-point plateau. She also dished 64 assists in her four years at Stockton, tying for second in program history.
 
Marotta was chosen NJAC First Team and IWLCA All-Region after finishing fourth in the conference in ground balls (3.18/game) and 10th in draw controls (2.76/game). Marotta's 54 ground balls were the second highest season total ever at Stockton.
 
Marotta started all 67 games that she played in four seasons at Stockton and finished her career second in program history in ground balls (157), third in caused turnovers (79) and sixth in draw controls (122).
 
Gibson started all 17 games this year and scored 22 goals with 17 assists for 39 points, good for fourth on the team. In just two seasons at Stockton, the senior moved into fifth in program history in assists and eighth in points (105).
 
Czaczkowski made 96 saves this season and tied her career-high with 11 stops in three different games. She finished third in the NJAC in save percentage (.405). Czaczkowski ended her career fourth in program history in saves (185) and save percentage (.400).
 
O'Neill, in her first season at Stockton after transferring from LaSalle, started all 17 games on defense. The junior tied for fourth on the team with 11 caused turnovers and snagged 17 ground balls. O'Neill scored her first career goal against St. Joseph's-Long Island on March 11.
 
Cote saw action in four games off the bench and scored a goal against St. Joseph's-Long Island on March 11. The junior was credited with four shots, including three on goal, and scooped one ground ball.
