2026 Stockton Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Recap

Overview
Stockton Men's Outdoor Track & Field competed at 11 meets during the 2026 season. Stockton hosted three meets at G. Larry James Stadium and visited Widener and TCNJ multiple times each. The Ospreys competed in three events at the Penn Relays and later finished fourth in the NJAC Championships.
 
Head coach Jayson Resch helmed a roster that tilted to the younger side, with a combined 40 freshmen and sophomores offset by 23 juniors and seniors.
 
Stockton team members collected eight all-region honors. Two Ospreys qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in La Crosse, Wisconsin and earned All-American honors at the national meet.

Highlights
  • Ahmad Fogg claimed both a Second Team All-America nod in the long jump and the NJAC Outstanding Field Athlete award for the second straight year. Fogg recorded four victories in the long jump and one win in the triple jump before placing ninth in the long jump at the season-ending NCAA Championships.
  • Bryant Nelson topped Stockton's large freshman class with a Second Team All-American accolade in the triple jump. Nelson totaled one win and three runner-up finishes while competing in the high jump, long jump and triple jump during the season. The rookie placed 13th in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships.
  • Fellow freshmen James Adams, Jacob Bittle, Dominic Currie, Shane Daley and Kyle Greenleaf were key contributors in the relays and sprints as rookies. Adams, Daley, Greenleaf and Landon Jenter earned all-region accolades in the 4x400. Greenleaf also notched Stockton's fastest time in the 400m.
  • Bittle posted Stockton's top times in the 100m and 200m as well as running legs for the top 4x100 and 4x200 relays. Daley was a member of Stockton's top 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 squads.
  • Johnathan Holden led Stockton in the hurdles. Holden recorded the team's fastest times in the 110h and 400h as well as earning three event wins.
  • Joey Addeo and Josh Corsentino paced the Ospreys in the distance events. Addeo posted the squad's fastest times in the 3000m and 3000m steeplechase in addition to one win and three runner-up finishes. Corsentino registered Stockton's top marks in the 5000m and 10,000m. Patrick Storti led the Ospreys in the mid-distances (800m and 1500m).
  • Chris Griffin qualified for his second straight all-region award in the javelin. In five meets, Griffin finished second once and third twice as well as throwing at the Penn Relays.
  • Kevin Lu-Chua competed in a variety of events throughout the season. Lu-Chua participated in the decathlon twice and earned an all-region spot. The junior also produced Stockton's top mark in the discus.
  • Brayden Cisney, Joe Franzello and Louden Jobes recorded the team's top performances in the pole vault, shot put and hammer throw respectively. Cisney and Franzello each finished second in an event once during the season.
