Bethlehem, Pa. – Stockton University opened the 2026-27 women's golf season by competing in the Northampton Cup, which was hosted by Albright at Northampton Country Club. The Ospreys placed seventh with a team score of 494 strokes.
 
Sophia Mazowski (Vineland/Vineland) led Stockton with a 112 for 24th place. Mazowski parred the par-three 16th hole. In her first college tournament, freshman Mia Kaczmarski (Seaville/Ocean City) was one stroke and one spot back in 25th with a 113 that included a par on the par-three fourth hole.

Freshman Alanna Lloyd (Cape May CH/Middle Twp.) finished 27th with a 119 in her college debut followed by Zoe Grom (Stony Point, N.Y./North Rockland) in 28th place with a 128. Nataly Castro (Galloway/Absegami) shot a 141 for 31st place.
 
Up next, Stockton will a tournament at Blue Heron Pines on September 20 that will include LaSalle University and Kean University.
