12/3/2024 3:07:00 PM

Galloway, N.J. – Three Stockton University soccer players collected United Soccer Coaches All-Region IV honors for the 2024 season. Ernst Louisius (Asbury Park/Neptune) was chosen All-Region IV Second Team in men's soccer. Sophia Drea (Medford/Shawnee) and Emily Hauck (Jonestown, Pa./Northern Lebanon) were voted All-Region IV Third Team in women's soccer.

Drea became just the fourth player in program history and first since 1999 with three All-Region honors (2024, 2022 Third Team; 2023 Second Team). Hauck became the 15th Osprey women's soccer player with at least two All-Region accolades (2024 Third Team; 2023 Second Team).

Drea also was an NJAC Second Team selection for her play on defense this year. The senior helped Stockton post seven shutouts and allow just one goal six times in her 16 games played. Drea anchored a Stockton defense that finished second in the NJAC with a 0.74 goals against average. She also scored a pair of goals late in the season for four points.

Drea started 77 of the 78 games that she played in four seasons at Stockton, contributing defensively to 35 shutouts while tallying six goals and six assists for 18 points in a distinguished career as a four-time NJAC Second Team and three-time All-Region player.

Hauck earned NJAC First Team and College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors this fall. The senior started at center midfielder in all 18 games that she played. Hauck led the Ospreys and tied for fourth in the NJAC with six assists.

A four-time NJAC all-conference player (2024 First Team, 2023 Second Team, 2022-21 Honorable Mention), Hauck started 80 of the 82 games that she played in her four-year career at Stockton and totaled eight goals and 16 assists for 32 points.

Louisius received his first All-Region recognition after a stellar sophomore campaign in which he was one of the top offensive threats in the NJAC. The forward led the conference with five game-winning goals, tied for seventh with 19 points and finished eighth with eight goals. Four of his game-winners came in one-goal victories.

Louisius scored four goals in a five-game span during September and later tallied seven points (2 G, 3 A) in the last six matches of the season. He was voted NJAC Second Team as well as NJAC Offensive Player of the Week once during the year.
