Overview
Stockton Volleyball won 22 matches in 2024 to reach the 20-win mark for the 30th time in the program's 49 full seasons. After finishing third in the NJAC standings, the Ospreys advanced to the NJAC championship match for the second straight year and ended the season with a 22-8 record.

Eleven players saw action in 23 matches or more, with six playing in all 30 contests for head coach
Allison Walker, who improved to 455-173 in 19 seasons at Stockton. The Ospreys reeled off eight consecutive wins early in the year and later ran off six straight victories in their march to the NJAC title match.

As a team, the Ospreys had a tremendous season, leading the NJAC in kills (12.66/set), points (17.33/set), hitting percentage (.220), assists (11.80/set) and blocks (2.28/set). In addition, Stockton finished 18th out of 417 NCAA Division III teams in blocks per set, 24th in total blocks (249) and 44th in hitting percentage.

Highlights
- Nicole Palmer joined Whitney Verduin (2004-05) and Stephanie Warner (2011-12) as the program's three players with two NJAC Player of the Year awards. Palmer also became the first Osprey ever to be named AVCA Region 4 Player of the Year.
- Palmer finished her sophomore campaign second in the NJAC in points (4.24/set) and aces (0.59/set), third in hitting percentage (.282) and fourth in kills (3.36/set). The right-side hitter was one of just 29 NCAA Division III players with multiple triple-doubles this season, and she finished 57th in the nation in points per set.
- Kate Louer was one of just two Ospreys who started all 30 matches. Louer was eighth in the NJAC in kills (2.74/set) and ninth in points (3.22/set). She registered a double-digit kill total 14 times, highlighted by five double-doubles. Louer raised her game in the last third of the season, with at least 10 kills and all five of her double-doubles over the final 10 matches.
- Jaylah Rolle led the NJAC in hitting percentage (.358) and total blocks (106) and was second in the conference in blocks (1.04/set). The middle hitter finished 38th in Division III in blocks per set and 40th in total blocks. Rolle played in all 30 matches, surpassed the 300-block mark for her career and moved into eighth in Stockton history with 346 blocks.
- Fellow senior middle hitter Teleyah Witherspoon tied for second in the league with 97 blocks and placed fourth in blocks per set (1.00). Witherspoon also finished 52nd nationally in blocks per set and ended her career tied for fifth in Stockton history with 394 blocks.
- Regan Mendick joined Louer as the only two players who started all 30 matches. Mendick directed the offense at setter and dealt a team-high 613 assists while also tying for team high with 53 aces and adding 181 digs. She finished eighth in the NJAC in assists (5.62/set) and ninth in aces (0.49/set).
- Mendick and McKenna Ritchie were the only two Ospreys to play in all 109 sets. Ritchie led the team with 320 digs (2.94/set) and added 73 assists and 37 aces. Lauren Sommer combined with Ritchie to give Stockton a solid sophomore tandem in the back row. Sommer tallied 145 digs while playing in 28 matches.
- Ashley Carkhuff filled the stat sheet once again as she totaled 135 kills, 169 digs, 34 blocks, 30 assists and 25 aces while playing in all 30 matches.
- Rileigh Wilson finished third on the team with 195 kills, 55 blocks and 225 points while also posting a .220 hitting percentage in 29 matches played. Wilson reached double figures in kills seven times.
- Setter Kristen Burton backed up Mendick with 329 assists despite missing time due to injury and playing just 74 sets. Burton also contributed 79 digs and 19 aces.
- Camille De La Torre produced another solid season. In 66 sets played over the course of 27 matches De La Torre chipped in on both sides of the ball with 110 kills, 57 digs, 32 blocks and 22 aces.
